❓ How many toilets do I need for my wedding?
As a general guide, allow 1 toilet per 50 guests for events up to 4 hours. For longer receptions, increase this to 1 per 40 guests. Always add extra capacity if alcohol is being served.
❓ How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for summer weddings (May–September) as luxury units get booked up quickly. For winter weddings, 6–8 weeks is usually sufficient.
